need body clean ASAP

For a couple of months now i get this stains and spots. i try different lens but it was the same the only option is dust or dirt of some kind in side the body!! Shit I'm way behind the free warranty date!! and I'm wondering could i do anything to prevent this??

    Canon in Shinjuku offers a great service and is not that expensive.
    They did clean my EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM lens for 5000yen.
