FIREWORKS

This is from my short but well needed Summer vacation in Gifu at the small village of Kamiyahagi. fireworks where launched from a rice field only 50-70 m in front of us and no other lights in sight. so close i could capture this with a 17-85 lens.

Crow#2

it looks like crows population is growing in Yoyogi park. this is only my feeling i did no actual counting. lately i see more and more of them and in bigger groups. in some part of the park it starting to look like a Hickok movie. in other cases there are acting like pigeons gathering around for a handout. with all the bad & amusing story's you here about crows i have a lot of respect for this birds surviving in the city.

Backyard

i like this backyard!! just the perfect size. I'm gonna get one soon the sooner the better.

flowers

Was inspired by a Friend blog to dig(my HD) for some flowers!!
too bad i cant read Japanese and enjoy it properly . green is a new black

???

Shadows

I'm still taking photos!! just no time for posting or even watching them.ha ha.. here are some latest B&W.

Sun Flower

Crows

ones more in Yoyogi Park and i was thinking making a label for yoyogi can be useful.
down here is the mountains of garbage that come out spring festival / cherry blossom season.
where there is garbage there are crows. i was lucky to pass here just around sunset, the crows where already after a feeding frenzy and where resting on the trees around. the only place to shot this was facing the sun something that make a nice crow & tree silhouette and with the right angel and a lanes hood cap i could also get rid of the sun glare appearing in the photo.
