Crows
ones more in Yoyogi Park and i was thinking making a label for yoyogi can be useful.
down here is the mountains of garbage that come out spring festival / cherry blossom season.
where there is garbage there are crows. i was lucky to pass here just around sunset, the crows where already after a feeding frenzy and where resting on the trees around. the only place to shot this was facing the sun something that make a nice crow & tree silhouette and with the right angel and a lanes hood cap i could also get rid of the sun glare appearing in the photo.

Drink The Rainbow
today i was searching for an old mail from last year and bumped in to this post card images i did for a friend recycling project. for the project installation he actually collected and painted around 300 of the same coffee can. but the reason I'm writing about this is first i really had fun working on this project and i think the images are grate. second i kind of lost track of that friend he had to leave suddenly with no much explanations. so Uchi i really hope you are doing good and that you are still working on this kind of interesting projects. my number is still the same you are always welcome.

Birthday
a couple of weeks ago i was invited to my Turkish Friend Ali birthday that take place at his antique carpets & ethnic accessory shop up on Meiji St. since i don't often take peoples portraits i was thinking this will be a nice chance for some practice & a nice present for Ali.by the time i got there the belly dancer show was already over but some people where still dancing in the traditional Turkish way and jamming in the back room. i did had a grate time and a refreshing change from the typical go to a bar/restaurant birthday.
